DESCRIPTION

· The ZXGD3114N7 is a 600V active ORing MOSFET controller designed to drive low R_DS(ON) power MOSFETs as ideal diodes, replacing standard rectifiers to reduce forward voltage drop and increase power transfer efficiency.

· It supports both high-side and low-side power supply units (PSUs) with rails up to ±600V.

· Features a turn-off threshold of -3mV (±2mV tolerance) and standby power consumption of <50mW with a quiescent supply current of <1mA in typical 48V configurations.

· Detects power reduction during PSU fault conditions and turns off the MOSFET in <600ns to block reverse current flow and prevent common bus voltage drop.
