DESCRIPTION

· The 2N7001T is a single-bit buffered voltage signal converter with dual power-supply rails for unidirectional signal translation.

· It operates with VCCA and VCCB supplies ranging from 1.65V to 3.60V, defining input threshold and output drive voltages respectively.

· Features Ioff protection for partial-power-down applications, preventing excessive current during power-down.

· VCC isolation ensures high-impedance output if either VCCA or VCCB is below 100mV.
