· Semtech's Premium Dielectric High Voltage Capacitors are monolithic ceramic type capacitors designed for demanding applications.

FEATURES

· X7R dielectric ensures minimal capacitance change over voltage and temperature ranges.

· Voltage range from 1kV to 5kV.

· High current carrying capability and volumetric efficiency.

· Operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C.

· Aging rate less than 1.0% per decade hour.

· Insulation resistance of 100k meg Ω or 1000 meg Ω microfarads at 500VDC, 25°C.

· Dissipation factor maximum of 2.5% at 1kHz 1 VAC, 25°C.

· Dielectric withstanding voltage of 1.2 x rated voltage at 25°C.

· Temperature coefficient of ±15% over -55°C to 125°C range.

· Available in "S" size package type.

APPLICATIONS

· Suitable for extreme applications including satellite, missile, space shuttle, avionics, and down-hole oil exploration equipment.
