DESCRIPTION

· The 74AUP2G3404 is a single buffer and inverter with Schmitt trigger action at all inputs, ensuring tolerance to slower input rise and fall times across a VCC range of 0.8 V to 3.6 V.

· It features very low static and dynamic power consumption and is fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF, which prevents damaging backflow current when powered down.
