DESCRIPTION

· The 74HC125D and 74HC126D are high-speed CMOS quad bus buffers fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology.

· They offer high-speed operation similar to LSTTL while maintaining low power dissipation.

· The 74HC125D requires the 3-state control input G to be set high for high impedance output, while the 74HC126D requires it to be set low.

· All inputs include protection circuits against static discharge and transient excess voltage.
