DESCRIPTION
· 14-stage ripple-carry counter/divider with oscillator
· Three oscillator terminals (RS, RTC, CTC)
· Ten buffered parallel outputs (Q3-Q9, Q11-Q13)
· Asynchronous master reset (MR)
· Supports RC or crystal oscillator circuits
· External clock input at RS
· Counter advances on HIGH-to-LOW transition of RS
· MR clears all counter stages and forces outputs LOW
· Inputs include clamp diodes for voltage protection
