Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The 74HC573D is a high-speed CMOS octal latch with 3-state outputs, fabricated using silicon gate C2MOS technology.

· It offers high-speed operation comparable to LSTTL while maintaining low power dissipation typical of CMOS.

· Controlled by a latch enable (LE) and an output enable (OE) input, it places outputs in a high impedance state when OE is high.

· All inputs are protected against static discharge and transient excess voltage.



FEATURES

· Wide operating temperature range: -40°C to 125°C (for products manufactured after July 2020).

· High-speed operation: typical propagation delay of 13 ns at 6.0 V.

· Low power consumption: maximum 4.0 µA at 25°C.

· Balanced propagation delays: tPLH ≈ tPHL.

· Wide operating voltage range: 2.0 V to 6.0 V.



APPLICATIONS
