DESCRIPTION

· The 74HC7403; 74HCT7403 is a 4-bit x 64-word FIFO memory with a guaranteed 15 MHz data-rate, expandable for high-speed applications. It supports synchronous and asynchronous data transfers with independent shift-in (SI) and shift-out (SO) controls. Features include a master-reset input (MR), output enable input (OE), and status flags (DIR, DOR). Inputs have clamp diodes for interfacing with voltages exceeding VCC.
