DESCRIPTION

· 74HC423 and 74HCT423 are high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices compatible with LSTTL.

· They comply with JEDEC standard no. 7A.

· These dual retriggerable monostable multivibrators feature reset functionality.

· Output pulse width is controlled by external resistor (R_EXT) and capacitor (C_EXT).

· Pulse width can be extended by retriggering inputs nA or nB.

· Schmitt trigger action on nA and nB inputs ensures tolerance to slow input transitions.

FEATURES

· Triggered by active HIGH or LOW inputs.

· Retriggerable for extended pulse durations up to 100% duty cycle.

· Direct reset terminates output pulse.

· Schmitt-trigger action on all inputs except reset.

· ESD protection: HBM exceeds 2000 V, MM exceeds 200 V.
