DESCRIPTION

· The 74HC7403; 74HCT7403 is a 64-word x 4-bit FIFO memory, expandable for high-speed applications with a guaranteed 15 MHz data-rate, supporting burst-mode for higher rates.

· Features independent shift-in (SI) and shift-out (SO) controls, enabling synchronous and asynchronous data transfers.

· Includes master-reset (MR), output enable (OE), and status flags (DIR, DOR) for operational control and monitoring.

· Inputs equipped with clamp diodes allow interfacing with voltages above VCC using current limiting resistors.
