DESCRIPTION

· The 74LV123 is a dual retriggerable monostable multivibrator with reset.

· Output pulse width is programmable via external components (R EXT and C EXT).

· Pulse width can be extended by retriggering edge-triggered inputs (nA or nB).

· Output delay can be terminated by a LOW-going edge on input nRD.

· Features Schmitt-trigger action on nA and nB inputs for tolerance to slower rise/fall times.

· Wide supply voltage range: 1.0 V to 5.5 V.

· Low power dissipation in CMOS technology.

· Latch-up performance exceeds 100 mA per JESD 78 Class II Level B.
