DESCRIPTION
· The 74LVC169 is a synchronous presettable 4-bit binary counter with internal look-ahead carry circuitry for high-speed counting applications.
· It features synchronous operation with all flip-flops clocked simultaneously, eliminating output counting spikes.
· The counter is fully programmable, allowing outputs to be preset to any number between 0 and its maximum count.
· It includes a buffered clock input, parallel enable input, and up/down control for counting direction.
