DESCRIPTION

· The 74LVC841A is a high-performance, low-power, low-voltage Si-gate CMOS device, superior to advanced CMOS compatible TTL families.
· It features 10-bit transparent latches with 3-state true outputs, suitable for bus-oriented applications.
· Inputs can be driven from 3.3V or 5V devices, and outputs can handle 5V in 3-state operation, making it ideal for mixed 3.3V and 5V environments.
· The device includes a latch enable (LE) and an output enable (OE) input, controlling data entry and output state respectively.



FEATURES

· 5V tolerant inputs/outputs for interfacing with 5V logic.
· Wide supply voltage range from 1.2V to 3.6V.
· Inputs accept voltages up to 5.5V.
· Low power consumption and direct interface with TTL levels.
· Complies with JEDEC standards JESD8B/JESD36.
· ESD protection exceeds 2000V (HBM) and 200V (MM).
· Operational temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C and -40°C to +125°C.
