DESCRIPTION

· The 74LX1G00 is a low voltage CMOS single 2-input NAND gate.

· Fabricated with sub-micron silicon gate and double-layer metal wiring C2MOS technology.

· Internal circuit includes a 3-stage buffer output for high noise immunity and stable output.

· Features power down protection on all inputs and outputs, accepting 0 to 7V regardless of supply voltage.
