DESCRIPTION



· The SN74LVC1G14 is a single Schmitt-trigger inverter designed for 1.65-V to 5.5-V VCC operation.


· It performs the Boolean function Y = A and features independent inverter with Schmitt-trigger inputs.


· The device has different input threshold levels for positive-going (VT+) and negative-going (VT–) signals, providing hysteresis (ΔVT) for tolerance to slow or noisy input signals.


· Utilizes NanoFree™ package technology, using the die as the package.


· Fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff, which disables outputs when powered down to prevent current backflow and device damage.



FEATURES



· Latch-up performance exceeds 100 mA per JESD 78, Class II.


· ESD protection exceeds JESD 22 standards: 2000-V Human-Body Model, 200-V Machine Model, and 1000-V Charged-Device Model.


· Supports 5-V VCC operation with inputs accepting voltages up to 5.5 V.


· Maximum propagation delay (tpd) of 4.6 ns at 3.3 V.


· Low power consumption with a maximum ICC of 10 µA.


· ±24-mA output drive at 3.3 V.
