DESCRIPTION

· The A1301 and A1302 are continuous-time, ratiometric, linear Hall-effect sensor ICs.

· They provide a voltage output proportional to an applied magnetic field with a quiescent output voltage of 50% of the supply voltage.

· A1301 has a typical output sensitivity of 2.5 mV/G, while A1302 has 1.3 mV/G.

· Each device integrates a Hall circuit, linear amplifier, and CMOS Class A output structure on a single chip.

· Internal gain and offset trim adjustments ensure high precision in output levels.

· Available in 3-pin SOT23W (LH) for surface mount and 3-pin ultramini SIP (UA) for through-hole mount.

· Lead-free with 100% matte tin plated leadframes.
