DESCRIPTION

· The Allegro™ ACS713 offers a cost-effective and precise solution for DC current sensing in industrial, commercial, and communications systems.

· It features a low-offset, linear Hall circuit with a copper conduction path near the die surface, converting current-induced magnetic fields into proportional voltage.

· The device is optimized for accuracy with a low-offset, chopper-stabilized BiCMOS Hall IC, programmed post-packaging.

· It includes a positive slope output for increasing current through the primary copper path, with a typical internal resistance of 1.2 mΩ.

FEATURES

· Low-noise analog signal path with a device bandwidth set via the FILTER pin.

· Fast response with a 5 µs output rise time and 80 kHz bandwidth.

· High accuracy with a total output error of 1.5% at 25°C.
