DESCRIPTION

· The A1337 is a 0° to 360° angle sensor IC utilizing Circular Vertical Hall (CVH) technology for contactless high-resolution angular position data.

· It features a System-on-Chip (SoC) architecture with CVH front end, digital signal processing, SPI, and SENT outputs.

· Includes on-chip EEPROM for up to 100 read/write cycles, enabling flexible end-of-line programming of calibration and configuration parameters.

· Designed for safety-critical applications, it includes built-in self-test (LBIST) and full signal path diagnostics.

· Integrated turns-counter and low-power mode functions enhance its utility in automotive applications.

FEATURES

· Provides 12-bit resolution in low-RPM mode and 10-bit resolution in high-RPM mode.

· Configurable angle refresh rate between 25 and 3200 μs via EEPROM programming.

· Capable of sensing magnetic rotational speeds up to 7600 rpm, and up to 30,000 rpm with reduced accuracy.
