DESCRIPTION

· The A5929 is a full-bridge controller designed for automotive applications, compatible with n-channel external power MOSFETs.

· It features a unique charge pump regulator for gate drive at low battery voltages and includes a bootstrap capacitor for above-battery supply voltage.

· The device offers motor phase short-to-supply and short-to-ground detection, with protection against cross-conduction, undervoltage, and over-temperature conditions.

· It is available in a 24-pin TSSOP package with an exposed thermal pad, also offered in lead-free versions.
