DESCRIPTION

· The A6812 is a 20-bit CMOS shift register with data latches and control circuitry, featuring bipolar sourcing outputs and PNP active pull-downs.
· Designed primarily for vacuum-fluorescent displays, it supports 60 V and -40 mA output ratings, suitable for various peripheral power driver applications.
· It offers an increased data-input rate and controlled output slew rate, compatible with microprocessor-based systems, operating at 3.3 or 5 V logic supply up to 10 MHz.
· Features a CMOS serial data output for cascaded connections, with similar devices available as A6810 (10-bit) and A6818 (32-bit).
