DESCRIPTION

· The 80960HA/HD/HT is a 32-bit high-performance superscalar processor with a parallel architecture, offering a 1.28 Gbyte internal bandwidth at 80 MHz. It features on-chip register cache and is binary compatible with other 80960 processors.

· 32-bit load/store architecture with sixteen 32-bit global and local registers.
· Processor core clock multipliers: 1x for 80960HA, 2x for 80960HD, and 3x for 80960HT.
· High-performance on-chip storage includes a 16 KB instruction cache, 8 KB data cache, and 2 KB general-purpose RAM.
· Separate 128-bit internal paths for instructions and data.
· 3.3V supply voltage with 5V tolerant inputs and TTL compatible outputs.

· High-speed interrupt controller supporting up to 240 external interrupts with 31 programmable priorities.
· Dual on-chip 32-bit timers with auto-reload and one-shot capabilities, CLKIN prescaling, and JTAG support compliant with IEEE 1149.1.
