DESCRIPTION

· OMAP-L138 C6000™ DSP + ARM® Processor is a dual-core SoC combining a 375-456 MHz ARM926EJ-S™ RISC MPU and a 375-456 MHz C674x Fixed- and Floating-Point VLIW DSP.

· Features ARM9™ Memory Architecture with 16KB instruction cache, 16KB data cache, 8KB RAM, and 64KB ROM.

· Includes Enhanced Direct Memory Access Controller 3 (EDMA3) with 2 channel controllers, 3 transfer controllers, and 64 independent DMA channels.

· Supports 1.8-V or 3.3-V LVCMOS I/Os and includes two external memory interfaces: EMIFA and DDR2/Mobile DDR Memory Controller.
