DESCRIPTION

· The AAT4252A SmartSwitch™ is a dual P-channel MOSFET power switch designed for high-side load-switching applications.

· It operates from 1.5V to 6.5V, making it suitable for both 3V and 5V systems.

· Available in three versions with varying turn-on and turn-off characteristics.

· Features a slew-rate selector pin for switching between fast and slow slew rates.

· Comes in a Pb-free TSOPJW-12 package and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
