DESCRIPTION

· The AAT4616 SmartSwitch is a current-limit P-channel MOSFET power switch designed for high-side load switching applications.
· It operates with inputs ranging from 2.4 V to 5.5 V, suitable for both 3 V and 5 V systems.
· Features integrated current-limit circuit, reverse current blocking, and thermal overload protection.
· Current-limit threshold is programmable up to 1.6 A with a resistor from SET to ground.
· Includes an open-drain FAULT flag for over-current or over-temperature conditions.
· Available in 5-pin SOT23-5 and 8-pin TDFN packages, operating from -40°C to +85°C.
