DESCRIPTION

· The AD22151 is a linear magnetic field transducer with a voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic field.
· It integrates Hall cell technology and instrumentation circuitry to minimize temperature-related drifts.
· Designed for single 5V supply operation, it supports low drift offset and gain from -40°C to +150°C.
· Features dynamic offset drift cancellation and a built-in temperature sensor.
· Output voltage can be adjusted for bipolar or unipolar field sensing, achieving near rail-to-rail dynamic range.
