DESCRIPTION

· The AD534 is a precision, monolithic, laser-trimmed four-quadrant multiplier/divider with high accuracy specifications, previously only found in expensive hybrid or modular products.

· It features fully differential, high impedance operation on all inputs, including the Z input, enhancing flexibility and ease of use.

· The scale factor is pretrimmed to 10.00 V and can be adjusted down to 3 V using an external resistor.

· Available in multiple grades (AD534J, AD534K, AD534L, AD534S, AD534T) with varying maximum errors and temperature ranges.

· Offered in hermetically sealed TO-100 metal cans and SBDIP packages, with some grades also available in chip form.

FEATURES

· Pretrimmed to ±0.25% maximum 4-quadrant error (AD534L).

· All inputs (X, Y, and Z) are differential and high impedance for the transfer function [(X1 − X2)(Y1 − Y2)/10 V] + Z2.
