DESCRIPTION

· The AD538 is a monolithic real-time computational circuit for precision analog multiplication, division, and exponentiation.
· It features low input/output offset voltages and excellent linearity for accurate computation over a wide dynamic range.
· Laser wafer trimming enables multiplication and division with errors as low as 0.25% of reading.
· It supports real-time analog signal processing with a 400 kHz bandwidth.
· The device operates over a wide power supply range of ±4.5 V to ±18 V.
· Available in two accuracy grades (A and B) for industrial use and one grade (S) for military applications.
