DESCRIPTION

· The AD862x is a precision JFET input amplifier designed for single-supply operation, low power consumption, and rail-to-rail output.

· It is stable with capacitive loads over 500 pF and has a supply current of less than 630 μA/amp.

· Ideal for applications such as photodiode transimpedance amplification, ATE reference level drivers, battery management, and remote sensor signal conditioning.

· Suitable for buffering CMOS DACs, ASICs, and other wide output swing devices in single-supply systems.

· Fully specified over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
