DESCRIPTION

· The ADC083000 is a single, low-power, high-performance CMOS analog-to-digital converter with 8-bit resolution and up to 3.4 GSPS sampling rate.

· It operates on a single +1.9V ±0.1V supply, consuming typically 1.9 watts at 3 GSPS.

· Features a unique folding and interpolating architecture, fully differential comparator design, and self-calibration scheme for excellent dynamic parameters up to Nyquist.

· Achieves a 3 GSPS sampling rate using both edges of a 1.5 GHz input clock and includes a 1:4 demultiplexer for LVDS outputs.
