DESCRIPTION



· The ADC1015S is a single-channel 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) optimized for high dynamic performance and low power consumption, supporting sample rates up to 125 Msps.

· It features a pipelined architecture with output error correction, ensuring zero missing codes across the entire operating range.

· Operates from a single 3 V supply and supports CMOS output logic levels from 1.8 V to 3.3 V with a separate digital output supply.

· Supports LVDS DDR output standard and includes an integrated SPI for easy configuration.

· Offers a flexible input voltage range from 1 V to 2 V (peak-to-peak) and is ideal for high IF applications due to its integrated input buffer.



FEATURES



· Single 10-bit ADC with input buffer, supporting sample rates of 65 Msps, 80 Msps, 105 Msps, or 125 Msps.

· SNR of 61.7 dBFS and SFDR of 86 dBc with an input bandwidth of 600 MHz.

· Power dissipation of 635 mW at 80 Msps, including the analog input buffer.

· Includes a duty cycle stabilizer, fast OTR detection, and supports offset binary, two’s complement, and gray code outputs.

· Available in an HVQFN40 package and pin-compatible with the ADC1415S, ADC1215S, and ADC1115S series.
