DESCRIPTION

· The ADC1410S is a single-channel 14-bit ADC designed for high dynamic performance and low power consumption, supporting sample rates up to 125 Msps.
· It features a pipelined architecture with output error correction, ensuring zero missing codes across its operating range.
· Operates from a single 3 V source, with digital output levels from 1.8 V to 3.3 V in CMOS mode, and supports LVDS DDR output standard.
· Includes an SPI for configuration and a programmable full-scale SPI for input voltage range flexibility from 1 V to 2 V (peak-to-peak).
· Ideal for communications, imaging, and medical applications due to its excellent dynamic performance up to 170 MHz input frequencies.

· 14-bit resolution with sample rates up to 125 Msps.
· SNR of 72 dBFS and SFDR of 86 dBc.
· Input bandwidth of 600 MHz.
· Power dissipation of 430 mW at 80 Msps.
· Features include SPI, duty cycle stabilizer, and fast OTR detection.
· Flexible input voltage range from 1 V to 2 V (peak-to-peak).
· Supports CMOS or LVDS DDR digital outputs.
· Pin compatible with ADC1210S and ADC1010S series.
· Available in HVQFN40 package with power-down and sleep modes.
