DESCRIPTION



· The ADC1415S is a 14-bit, single-channel Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) designed for high dynamic performance and low power consumption, supporting sample rates up to 125 Msps.

· It features a pipelined architecture with output error correction, ensuring zero missing codes across its operating range.

· Operates from a single 3V supply and supports CMOS (1.8V to 3.3V) and LVDS DDR output standards.

· Includes an SPI for configuration and offers a programmable full-scale input range from 1V to 2V (peak-to-peak).

· Ideal for communications, imaging, and medical applications, especially in high IF scenarios, due to its integrated input buffer that maintains consistent performance over a wide frequency range.



FEATURES



· 14-bit resolution with sample rates of 65, 80, 105, or 125 Msps.

· SNR of 72 dBFS and SFDR of 86 dBc with an input bandwidth of 600 MHz.

· Power dissipation of 635 mW at 80 Msps, including the analog input buffer.

· Features include a duty cycle stabilizer, fast OTR detection, and flexible input voltage range.

· Supports multiple output formats: offset binary, two’s complement, and gray code.

· Available in HVQFN40 package, pin-compatible with ADC1215S, ADC1015S, and ADC1115S125 series.
