DESCRIPTION

· The ADC32RF8x is a 14-bit, 3-GSPS, dual-channel telecom receiver and feedback device family supporting RF sampling up to 4 GHz.

· It features a noise spectral density of –155 dBFS/Hz, high dynamic range, and channel isolation over a wide input frequency range.

· Equipped with buffered analog input, on-chip termination, and dual-band digital down-converters with up to three independent NCOs per DDC.

· Supports JESD204B serial interface with deterministic latency, data rates up to 12.5 Gbps, and four lanes per ADC.

· Available in a 72-pin VQFN package (10 mm × 10 mm) for industrial temperature range (–40°C to +85°C).
