DESCRIPTION

· The ADCLK905, ADCLK907, and ADCLK925 are ultrafast clock/data buffers built on Analog Devices' XFCB3 SiGe bipolar process.
· They feature full-swing ECL output drivers, supporting PECL and NECL operations.
· These buffers are designed for high-speed applications with a propagation delay of 95 ps and a toggle rate of 7.5 GHz.
· They include on-chip termination resistors and are available in 16-lead LFCSP packages.

FEATURES

· 60 ps typical output rise/fall and 60 fs random jitter.
