DESCRIPTION

· The ADIS16334 iSensor® is a complete inertial system integrating a triaxial gyroscope and triaxial accelerometer.
· Utilizes iMEMS® technology with optimized signal conditioning for enhanced dynamic performance.
· Factory-calibrated for sensitivity, bias, alignment, and linear acceleration, ensuring accurate measurements from -20°C to +70°C.
· Features a compact module size of 24 mm × 33 mm × 11 mm with a connector interface.

FEATURES

· Triaxial digital gyroscope with adjustable digital range scaling (±75°/sec, ±150°/sec, ±300°/sec).
· Triaxial digital accelerometer with a range of ±5 g.
· Autonomous operation with a startup time of 180 ms and no external configuration commands required.
· Includes an SPI-compatible serial interface, embedded temperature sensor, and programmable operation controls.
· Supports single-supply operation from 4.75 V to 5.25 V and withstands shocks up to 2000 g.
