DESCRIPTION



· The ADP1761 is a low noise, low dropout (LDO) linear regulator designed for single input supply operation with a minimum input voltage of 1.10 V, eliminating the need for an external bias supply.

· It supports up to 1 A of output current with a typical dropout voltage of 30 mV at full load, enhancing efficiency.

· Optimized for stable operation with small 10 µF ceramic output capacitors, it ensures minimal board area usage.

· Available in fixed (0.9 V to 1.5 V) and adjustable (0.5 V to 1.5 V) output voltage models, it features programmable soft start and includes protection against short-circuit and thermal overload.

· Packaged in a compact 16-lead LFCSP, it is suitable for a variety of applications.



FEATURES



· Maximum output current of 1 A with a low input voltage range from 1.10 V to 1.98 V.

· Fixed and adjustable output voltage options with ultralow noise performance of 2 µV rms from 100 Hz to 100 kHz.

· Low dropout voltage of 30 mV typical at 1 A load and low operating supply current of 4.5 mA at no load.

· High accuracy with ±1.5% fixed output voltage accuracy across line, load, and temperature variations.

· Excellent PSRR performance: 67 dB at 10 kHz and 51 dB at 100 kHz at 1 A load.

· Features include soft start, current-limit and thermal overload protection, and a power-good indicator.

· AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
