DESCRIPTION

· The ADPD2140 is an optical sensor designed to measure the angle of incident infrared light with a linear response within ±5° over a ±35° field of view.

· It features a radiant sensitive area of 0.31 mm² and is optimized for integration with the ADPD1080 photometric front end due to its low junction capacitance and dark current.

· It is suitable for use with synchronous infrared light sources like LEDs for gesture recognition and is packaged in a compact 2 mm × 3 mm, 8-lead LFCSP, operating from -40°C to +85°C.
