DESCRIPTION

· The ADTF3175 is a complete Time-of-Flight (ToF) module designed for high-resolution 3D depth sensing and vision systems. It integrates a 1 megapixel CMOS indirect ToF (iToF) imager, lens, optical band-pass filter, infrared illumination source, flash memory, and power regulators. The module is fully calibrated for various range and resolution modes and interfaces with the host system via a 4-lane MIPI CSI-2 transmitter. It operates within a temperature range of -20°C to 65°C and measures 42 mm × 31 mm × 15.1 mm.
