DESCRIPTION

· The ADV7390/ADV7391/ADV7392/ADV7393 are low power, chip scale, 10-bit SD/HD video encoders with high-quality video DACs.

· They support multiformat video input and output, including composite, S-Video, and component formats.

· Available in various package options including 32-lead and 40-lead LFCSP, and 30-ball WLCSP.

· Features 3 high-quality, 10-bit video DACs with oversampling rates up to 16× for SD, 8× for ED, and 4× for HD.

· Supports multiformat video inputs including 4:2:2 YCrCb and 4:4:4 RGB, and outputs including composite, S-Video, and component formats.

· Advanced power management with patented content-dependent low power DAC operation and automatic cable detection.

· Compliant with SMPTE standards and supports NTSC, PAL, and EIA/CEA-861B standards.

· Integrated subcarrier locking, on-chip video timing generator, and test pattern generation.

· Programmable features include luma and chroma filter responses, VBI, subcarrier frequency and phase, and luma delay.

· Supports HD, ED, and SD programmable features with internal test pattern generators and fully programmable YCrCb to RGB matrix.

· Serial MPU interface with I2C compatibility and operates at 2.7V or 3.3V analog, 1.8V digital, and 1.8V or 3.3V I/O.

· Temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, with W Grade automotive range up to +105°C.
