DESCRIPTION



· The ADXL1001/ADXL1002 are low noise, high frequency MEMS accelerometers designed for industrial condition monitoring.

· They offer ultralow noise density over an extended frequency range with two full-scale range options.

· The ADXL1001 has a range of ±100 g with a noise density of 30 µg/√Hz, while the ADXL1002 has a range of ±50 g with a noise density of 25 µg/√Hz.

· Both devices feature stable and repeatable sensitivity, immune to external shocks up to 10,000 g.

· They include an integrated full electrostatic self-test function and an overrange indicator for advanced system level features.

· Operate on a single-supply voltage from 3 V to 5.25 V, suitable for wireless sensing product design.

· Available in a 5 mm × 5 mm × 1.80 mm LFCSP package, operating over a temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
