DESCRIPTION

· The ADXRS450 is a high-performance angular rate sensor designed for industrial, medical, instrumentation, and stabilization applications.

· It features a differential, quad sensor design that effectively rejects linear acceleration, making it suitable for harsh environments with shock and vibration.

· The sensor includes a continuous self-test architecture to ensure system integrity by generating and analyzing a rate signal.

· It provides angular rate data as a 16-bit word within a 32-bit SPI message.

· Available in two package options: a 16-lead SOIC (SOIC_CAV) and an SMT-compatible vertical mount package (LCC_V).

· Operates across a wide voltage range (3.3 V to 5 V) and temperature range (−40°C to +105°C).
