DESCRIPTION

· The AFE2256 is a 256-channel analog front-end designed for flat-panel detector-based digital x-ray systems.

· It includes 256 integrators, a programmable gain amplifier, a correlated double sampler, and 256:4 analog multiplexers.

· Features four 16-bit SAR ADCs with serial data output in LVDS format.

· Supports nap and power-down modes for power savings, ideal for battery-powered systems.
