DESCRIPTION

· The AK4118A is a 192kHz, 24-bit digital audio transceiver.
· It supports both consumer and professional modes via its channel status decoder.
· The device can automatically detect Non-PCM bit streams.
· When paired with multi-channel codecs like AK4626A or AK4628A, it provides a system solution for AC-3 applications.
· Mode settings can be controlled through dedicated pins or a serial µP interface.
