DESCRIPTION

· The AK5373 is a stereo A/D converter with a USB 2.0 interface, housed in a 48-pin LQFP package.
· It includes an integrated USB serial interface engine, USB transceiver, audio class processing block, endpoints, and a 24-bit stereo audio ADC.
· Features an integrated PLL for multiple sampling frequencies and a microphone amplifier with programmable gain.
· Operates from +3.3V, consuming 100mW in active mode and less than 100 μA in suspend mode.
