DESCRIPTION

· The AK8859VN is a single-chip digital video decoder for composite and S-video signals, outputting data in YCbCr format compliant with ITU-R BT.601 and BT.656 standards.

· It includes HD, VD, FIELD, and DVALID signals, operates between -40°C to 105°C, and is controlled via I2C interface.

FEATURES

· Decodes NTSC-J, M, 4.43, PAL-B, D, G, H, I, N, Nc, M, 60, and SECAM signals.

· Features 2 input channels, 10-bit 27MHz ADC, digital PGA, and adaptive AGC.

· Includes auto color control, image adjustment, and automatic input signal detection.

· Outputs ITU-R BT.601 and BT.656 formats with EAV/SAV, HD, VD, FIELD, and DVALID signals.

· Decodes Closed Caption, VBID (CGMS-A), WSS, and detects Macrovision signals.

· Operates with core supply voltage of 1.70~2.00V and I/O power supply of 1.70~3.60V.

· Packaged in a 32-pin QFN (5.0mm x 5.0mm).
