DESCRIPTION
· The AK9240 is a compact Analog Front End featuring a 12-bit 1MSPS A/D converter.
· It includes a programmable gain amplifier for input range control, an LED driver, and auto power control circuits.
· Packaged in a 20-pin QFN (3mm x 3mm), it's ideal for optical encoders.
FEATURES
· Simultaneous sampling with a 12-bit SAR A/D converter at 1MSPS.
· Selectable current or voltage input with PGA function.
· Integrated LED driver and automatic power control.
· Low pass filter with S/(N+D) of 71dB at 10kHz.
· INL and DNL of ±1.25LSB and ±1.0LSB respectively.
· Operates at 2.7 to 5.5V with a consumption of 17mA at 1MSPS.
· Temperature range: -40 to 105°C.
