DESCRIPTION
· The AK9255A/56A are 16/14-bit 0.54MSPS ZDS-NS A/D converters with noise suppression, enhancing system accuracy and saving PCB space.
· ZDS-NS technology combines SAR's speed with delta-sigma's precision, reducing input capacitance and buffer load.
· Internal oversampling and digital filtering suppress analog input noise, improving system noise characteristics and enabling high-speed processing.

· Resolution and sampling rate: 16-bit, 0.54 MSPS (AK9255A); 14-bit, 0.62 MSPS (AK9256A).
· Differential/pseudo differential input with noise suppression.
· 16-bit no missing code INL: ±3.0 LSB (AK9255A); 14-bit: ±1.0 LSB (AK9256A).
· S/N: 86 dBFS (AK9255A, NS Setting1) to 90 dBFS (NS Setting4); 82 dBFS (AK9256A, NS Setting1) to 85 dBFS (NS Setting4).
· Power dissipation: VDD: 26 mA; DRVDD: 0.3 mA (fs=0.54MSPS, VDD=3.3V, DRVDD=3.3V, NS Setting1).
· Power supply: VDD and DRVDD: 3.0~3.6 V.
· Operating temperature: -40~105 ºC.
· Package: 16-pin QFN (3mm x 3mm, 0.5mm pitch).
