DESCRIPTION
· The AK9754 is an ultra-low power, ultra-small quantum infrared (IR) sensor module with integrated signal processing circuits and a Human Approach Detection algorithm.
· It detects human approach and outputs signals via interrupt pins.
· Features a 16-bit analog-to-digital converter for data output.
· Ideal for human sensing applications.
FEATURES
· Quantum-type IR sensor with integrated temperature sensor (-30 to 85°C).
· 16-bit digital outputs via I2C bus.
· Integrated digital filters with cut-off frequencies of 0.9Hz and 0.445Hz.
· I2C interface supports standard (100Hz) and fast modes (400Hz).
· Supports synchronization of up to eight devices with unique I2C addresses.
· Interrupt function activates upon human detection or data readiness.
· Operates at 1.71 to 3.63V with low consumption current (5µA typical, 10µA max).
· Compact 8-pin SON package (2.2mm x 2.2mm x 0.6mm).
