DESCRIPTION

· AOZ1351DI-01 is a current-limiting protection switch for applications requiring comprehensive protections.
· Features a 28V absolute maximum rating on the VOUT terminal.
· Includes internal current-limiting circuit, 2ms soft-start, and reduces to 6µA in shutdown.
· Equipped with UVLO, OVLO, OTP, and True Reverse Current Blocking (TRCB) with 1µs fast recovery.
· Available in a compact 3mm x 3mm 12-pin DFN package.

FEATURES

· 28V voltage rating on VOUT pin with 38mΩ typical RON.
· Programmable current limit and True Reverse Current Blocking (TRCB).
· 1µs fast recovery from TRCB and 220µA quiescent current.
· Internal soft start control and Input Over-Voltage Protection (OVLO).
· Short-Circuit Protection (SCP), Input Under-Voltage LockOut (UVLO), and Over-Temperature Protection (OTP).
· ±2kV HBM and ±1kV CDM ratings, IEC 61000-4-2: 8kV on VOUT, and IEC 62368-1:2014 E326264-A60004-CB-1 compliance.
