DESCRIPTION
· The AOZ1375DI is a bidirectional current-limited load switch designed for circuit protection applications.
· It operates from 3.4 V to 23 V with VINT and VBUS rated at 28 V Absolute Maximum.
· Features include over-voltage, short-circuit, and thermal protection, with programmable current limit and soft-start.
· Available in a 3 mm x 3 mm DFN-12L package, operating from -40°C to +85°C.
